NEW MENU INSPIRED BY LOCAL DESERT FOODS

Come visit us and experience our enhanced Sonoran desert dining. We are pleased to infuse our love of the desert into our new menu.

In addition to your old favorites, our desert inspired dishes have flavorful ingredients like prickly pear cactus and mesquite flour. Our Mesquite Pancakes are a new specialty. The mesquite beans are collected by hand from the native velvet mesquite trees and then ground into flour. We use agave and prickly pear syrups as natural sweeteners. Also organic prickly pear or mesquite jellies are available for your toast.

Prickly pear cactus pads are used in specials like our Sonoran Desert Meatloaf. We also have fry bread served with agave syrup or honey, Huevos Rancheros on fry bread or a tortilla, and Fry Bread Tacos.

By combining agave and prickly pear syrup with a wine vinegar we’ve developed a tasty house dressing. Bottles of our own Prickly Pear Barbeque Sauce are available for purchase.
